Yes, you can reserve this delicious Brandy Raspberry Raspberry Sorbet Cocktail for a Sunday brunch. But I’m of the mind any occasion, ordinary or special and any day of the week is the right time for wonderful cocktail. That touch of tartness from the fresh raspberry is softened with the addition of honey. A splash of lemon offers brightness to the flavors. Brandy and Chambord, a raspberry liqueur, layers the alcohol flavors.

The raspberry sorbet adds yet another layer of raspberry flavor and texture. You can let the sorbet to melt into the cocktail. Or if you can’t wait, grab a spoon and scoup a bite of the sherbert along with the cocktail.
