Tomato Salsa All Dressed Up

Tomato salsa is a party favorite snack.  Grab a jar of ready-made salsa, corn chips and present it on a lovely platter!  Bored with that scenario?  Here's a tomato salsa all dressed up with a twist.  


An easy salsa you can throw together in five minutes.  But if you want it chilled, make it ahead of time to serve.  Have lots of fun and use colorful dishes, napkins and tablecloth too!

The Recipe:
Yields a little over 16 oz.

Ingredients for a Tomato Salsa All Dressed Up:

  • 16 oz jar of salsa (mild, medium or hot)

  • 8 oz of canned of whole kernel corn (plain or with sea salt)

  • 8 oz of black beans

  • 1/2 to 1 whole juice of lime

  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

  • Lime wedges (optional)


Drain off juice from the whole kernel corn and black beans.  Mix all ingredients.  Serve chilled and garnish with lime wedges or peppers.
